Just completed WK 5 !!!

Feeling brilliant!!! I had that feeling of wanting to climb under the duvet after work but instead of watching the depressing news I got on my treadmill. The reward being finished before Emmerdale. ( I don’t get out much 😂). 20 minutes!!! I jogged for 20 minutes!!! I slowed it down a notch when I felt a bit worn out but I didn’t stop and knocked it back up a notch as soon as I could!

I’m sooooo proud of myself! Arthritis, diabetes and a hip replacement won’t stop me! 🏃🏼‍♀️

A big well done! W5R3 is a great one! Extra points for doing it on a treadmill, I could never have done that! :D

Thanks for this! Seems so many are finishing week 5 today! I've only run the first run and had a bit of heel pain so have laid off but intend to run tomorrow morning for W5R2. Knowing so many have done the full 20 minutes this week is inspiring!

Fantastic well done. Just shows it doesn’t matter what your fitness levels are if you stick to plan you can do it. So proud for you.
