Wk 4 complete, and no more aches!

I don't want to tempt fate but by the end of week four I was starting to feel comfortable running and the aches I previously had have finally started to ease. Very nervous for the 20 min run at the end of week 5. Advice would be appreciated πŸ™‚

Didn't think I could even get this far. This programme makes me feel so proud.

That's awesome! You don't need any advice! The stumbling blocks are purely mental. You've come this far: you're so ready!!

I just completed the 20 minute run. I NEVER thought I’d be able to do it, but Michael Johnson in my ear telling me I was doing great kept me going. Best advice is to keep a steady pace, slow down if you need to, and focus on breathing. I loved it. I feel very accomplished now and can’t wait for week 6. It’s the best thing I ever did. Keep going! It’s worth it! Good luck πŸ˜ŽπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ🏻
