I’m just back from my final week 9 run 3. I did it! So happy and proud. I’m going to continue and set some personal goals.

Well done! I found it quite hard when I finished, as I liked the structure of each session. You can use apps such as the Nike app which provides guided sessions of different lengths. I set a goal of 5k, to consolidate that & now I’d like to work to 10k!! 😀👟👟

Thank you for the advice. Yes, I think my aim is to run 5k non stop! I’m afraid I only managed 4K in the 30 minutes. I’ll check out the Nike app too. I’m not sure if I’ll ever get to 10 k - that seems like a mountain to me.

I didn’t manage 5k in 30 mins either. Not many do!! 10k still feels like a mountain to me too, but I think if you increase gradually there’s no reason why we shouldn’t! There are 10k plans to follow like we have for 5k, but no app that I know of. We can do it!!😀
