I’m sooooo pleased to say that I’ve graduated! Cannot believe what I have achieved as a complete non runner. Ok I’m not running 5k yet but I’m jogging non stop for 30mins which is a massive step in the right direction. This forum has been so supportive throughout. Just got to keep on going now 🏃🏻‍♀️ #ThisGirlCan 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

That's wonderful! Congratulations. I still run about 3.5 k in 30 minutes but I'm gradually going a little bit further and a little bit faster! Have you decided what you want to do to keep going?
