Yes! The long journey from couch to 5k is over! I did week 9 run 3 tonight and now am in a hot bath with a glass of cold cider 🥂. Big thank you to the people behind the app, Sarah Millican, and most of all all the lovely folk on here for all the encouragement and advice over the last 3 months. I would never have done this on my own. Thanks everyone 👏. Now for some cake....😋
