I've been doing c25k every other day, not wanting to take a 2 day break in case I didn't get back to it so for all its W7R2 I started on 28th February just over 5 weeks ago. At that time I did think I'd make it past week 2! Now here I am actually looking forward to my next run (although it's more like a jog but I'm doing it).
At 63 and overweight I thought I could never do it but I've been losing weight and decided I needed to get fitter too. If anyone is apprehensive about starting, don't be. Believe me if this old bird can do it, anyone can 🏃♀️🏃♀️

Fantastic Jude - I've just graduated and never thought I'd get past week 2 either but here I am running regularly now and can't quite believe it. Always a bit of faffing before I get out (less so now) but I do always manage to do it somehow. Being very unfit and 62 I decided I had to do something too.
