Well than was superb!! I picked another trail run today an smashed every interval,hills,obstacle ,I got blew left right an center but it was a fantastic feeling! When the wind was in front ,,I just ran harder an it supported me ,when it was behind me I used it to get me to the next field gate
I didn't struggle with this run at all! I felt so confident! When I saw a hill instead of thinking omg !! I thought to myself once I run to the top of this hill I can run down the other side haha ,so happy 😊 😄

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 6, that's a run that catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after run 3 of week 5, only one more run with interval walks and runs then non stop runs until you graduate.
Thank u! I think I was great full for the intervals haha it was a bitty hilly haha 😄, i hav work today but im still feeling a tightness in the top of my thigh (I've never ran up hills lol) so I'm thinking I mite have another rest day today, will see by the time I finish tonight hopefully it feels a bitty better , i feel pretty confident about my next run but I fear now I feel more capable that I will try to run to fast ,I think I pushed to hard on my last run bcuz mentally I'm there! But physically I'm stil 5st over weight, I will get there tho x
Aw I will follow u ,im not sure if ill be doin my run today, think I might giv it one more days rest as I'm still feelin a bitty ache in my thigh ,I got my 2nd vaccine yesterday which isn't helping me feel strong lol , goodluck for ur run today ull boss it x
