Absolutely thrilled! Have been building up this last couple of months, speed and distance. Have stayed at doing at least 30 minutes but found I was finishing before time! ..... so extended the run slightly...... then a bit more. Feel brilliant! Just shows you! I am a 58 and overweight, but now doing three 5kβs a week!
Never thought it was possible!

π€£π€£π€£ I just said to my husband, last October I would never have thought I would be writing a post about me running 5k, never mind actually being a member of a running chat room! π€£π€£π€£You just need to keep going, follow the rules, they are there for a reason. They build up your stamina to keep going.
Donβt get disheartened we all have a bad run just go again!
I run with my husband, which helps loads...... but Iβve ended up being better than him...... ππππππ..... for now! π€£π€£π€£
