Absolutely thrilled! Have been building up this last couple of months, speed and distance. Have stayed at doing at least 30 minutes but found I was finishing before time! ..... so extended the run slightly...... then a bit more. Feel brilliant! Just shows you! I am a 58 and overweight, but now doing three 5k’s a week!

🤣🤣🤣 I just said to my husband, last October I would never have thought I would be writing a post about me running 5k, never mind actually being a member of a running chat room! 🤣🤣🤣You just need to keep going, follow the rules, they are there for a reason. They build up your stamina to keep going.

I run with my husband, which helps loads...... but I’ve ended up being better than him...... 😂😂😂😂😂😂..... for now! 🤣🤣🤣
