Should say week 9🀣

Well done! I found that toward the end of the programme, I sometimes benefitted from an extra day between runs. I was also 56, when I completed. Now 4 years on I have to say that this programme has changed my life and as my 60th is on the horizon, I am the fittest I have ever been. So KBO and have fun😁

Well done.

If you struggle with any run you are probably going too fast.

Running slower, at an easy conversational pace, develops your aerobic base more effectively than pushing harder.
