5 mins in was thinking no no no no way can i do this ...12.5 changed to over half way yes yes yes !!

5 mins left i nearly did that thing footballers do when they pull there tops over there heads and run around the pitch !! Maybe next week 🤣🤣

On to week 7 !!! Getting serious now !!

Oh well done 🎉. I’ve just done wk6R2 and as much as I prepped for this week and took note of everyone’s wk6 feedback I am just not feeling The love for it this week at all . ( only in my aching limbs ) .

R1&2 just a bit ‘unsatisfactory ‘ really . 🤷🏼‍♀️
