Found the 25 min run ok except for thinking I had done at least double the 5 mins Laura said I had done at the beginning ( 5 mins - seriously???) . After that it was fine although my grass circuit was taken over by 12 teams of kid footballers setting up. I wasn’t about to switch to concrete for my first 25 minute run so I dribbled in and out of the chaos of kids, nets, bags and balls and a few dogs. Quite sweet x really enjoyed my music today ☀️😍
Patti smith - smells like teen spirit

Noooooooooooo! My self timing is seriously off and when it happens I feel myself “feel tired” for a few seconds if you know what I mean. Then I catch myself
Where do you run? I’m in tower hamlets east London - and I have “my green patch” now - bit like the old boy in the pub! I saw the post about your back. I hope you are not too long away and that you get what you need for it DylanTheRabbit
I'm in a village in the Cambridgeshire fens, so there's plenty of green (and mud) but of course not all of it is accessible. The back pain has taken me by surprise, but it's getting better so I hope to be back in action soon. I don't know London all that well. Some of the photos I've seen on Strava through lockdown make it look surprisingly green.
The fens sound lovely. Yes there are a lot of parks and green spaces here I guess because we need them. Sounds like you are doing all the right things with your back. I was inspired to read that you walked today. Im very prone to injuries so I sympathise. Hope everything eases soon
