Planning to do this tonight, feeling intimidated by the 25 mins run, Last weeks 20min run was tough... also dopey (me) went and signed up for a 5k virtual Race next month so this is getting serious 😂 What can I say the medal looked pretty! and 20% of the money spent to enter benefits charity 👍🏻

Hope it went okay...it's weird but I found week 6 harder than I am finding week 7...I was worried about the solid running from now on but perhaps the longer runs really help us to find a good pace and settle in. My best run so far has been week 7 run 2. I ran very slowly but actually enjoyed myself!
