Despite the cooler weather, it being Good Friday there were a lot more people about today so I made a number of variations to maintain a respectful distance from other people (for future reference this is Covid run).
The downside was it included more upward sections than I usually do.
Becasue of the added inclines I was expecting this to be a slower run, but according to Garmin; I still managed knock 17 seconds off of my min/km rate.
Looking forward to Week 9 on Monday.

When I was doing W5 I wanted to go running every day that week. I feel like that now about week 9 but I will keep to my usual routine and wait until Monday.
