Thank you. I swim three mornings a week, which is my favourite thing to do and cycle to work in the better months. I use a gym where I work but would like to be able to drop that and move to the freedom of being outside. All information that will help me is welcome. I’ve always said I’m not a natural runner... maybe I can drop that as well.
