A scorching day on the West Coast of Scotland (miracles do happen) π€οΈ It's a rest day for me but with all this lovely weather I'm still very much active, out walking and happy dancing since I'm off work tomorrow...woohoo! Planning on some hill walking tomorrow after my W3R3, anyone tried such an adventurous outing after a run and felt okay? Don't want to overdo it!

Great pic! I ran yesterday morning then did a three hour walk in the afternoon. Felt great. Bit tired today but it is my rest day. Looking forward to my 3rd run tomorrow. π
I think the route I'm taking on the walk will be about 3 hours long so I hope I feel as good as you did when I'm walking it haha! I'm looking forward to my run as well, hopefully not too hot π₯΅
So good to hear that W3 is finished for you. Also, surprised by the weather in Scotland - I hear of snow forecast, but maybe that was for the infamous Cairngorm plateau? Lucky you living where you do.Walking is a low/no impact activity, so it should be fine. A cracking place to walk too, but do listen to what your body is telling you and slow down or stop if it feels wrong.
