The usual toxic start, with a painful uphill to the halfway point.. but then eased in to the hills and dips for the way back and despite being tired in the middle, I had a second wind to get more pace in at the end.
Weirdly, my walking pace was faster today than Monday, but my running pace slower. Still, I went further.. #PBEveryday
(The app messed up on Monday, so I did 4.32km in 40:11, but 4.28 in 40 today, so actually further at the 40 mark)
Once Friday is done, I'll explore other routes, rather than extending my current one.

That's it.. no point getting there if I just stop!
wow, only 1 more to go - enjoy and have fun. I found week 8 harder as she kept telling me to run faster for the last minute, whereas week 9 she kept saying slow down and complete the run - wierd😀
