So today was a bit of cheating during the run, as after about 10 min I dropped my fellow running buddy at home, which took me about 1 minute, so in practice I had a minute break. To make it up I ran 2 minutes longer which allowed me to cover longer distance and to reach my PB of 4.60km
I felt nice even pace only about 25 minutes into my run. My leg muscles were tired, but otherwise I could have run further.
Who would have thought that I will be so close to graduation... I will hold my happiness till I actually cross the finish line. I think I will give my muscles additional rest day and go on Saturday. Although weather forecast seems better for Friday. Hmmm... Probably I'll decide last minute when I walk out fom work on Friday...

Hi IgaT! Congratulations! It's amazing! Just one last run and we graduate! Congratulations on your being so far away. It is not obvious. It's a big thing! Perfect! 👏
I think I will cross the finish line, then I will be starring at it for few days in disbelief and wondering what have happened, pinching myself if it is not a dream. I will got hit with graduation badge and I will still stand and stare
Stopping because of something like that is not the same as stopping because you couldn't run. If your route crossed a main road you'd wait for the green signal and think nothing of it. Not cheating at all.
Well, when I'm on red light, I run in place and not sure if I should count it as continuous run For now I tend to pick a non-stop routes, as much as it is possible
I do too but even then - there's a narrow bridge where if a cyclist is coming the other way and gets there first I have to wait, there are people who let their dog leads extend the width of the path even when they see you coming so you have to pause while they get their act together - it's safety that's made me pause the run then, not an inability to run any further.
Thank you ThunderSloth I will do my best to (over) achieve, have fun, enjoy, and all the good stuff that this run will bring. I plan to have a great time
