Proper running shoes

Hi - I posted recently for advice about Achilles tenderness. Was advised to purchase proper running trainers. I was running in teenage daughters expensive Nike cast offs that I thought were ok. Anyways treated myself to a pair of Brooks Ghost 13 and had my first run today.

They were so light and I wasn’t sore 😁.

My advice- don’t run in teenage daughters trainers - treat yourself to a proper pair of running shoes. I bought the least popular colour to save money - past caring 😁
