This was my best run ever ! Me an the wee man needed some family time so I took him along with this wk ! Omg it was fantastic! I got to test out my conversational pace! Alot of the conversation was my 7yr old telling me I was to slow haha but I don't care we enjoyed each others company an he helped me complete my run ! Think next time I will pick the route haha he had me running up hills!

Trust the program guys! I still could hav ran a bit longer!
