After repeating week 7 tonnes I never thought I’d make 28 mins. But I laced up and got out there in the driving rain and wind and I did it !!!! No one is more shocked than me !
I think I can actually run better in cold horrid weather as I seem to do much better in these runs . I’ve taken onboard all the tips on my sore calves which are getting better and thanks to everyone who offered their advice again.
Am hoping this ‘feeling in the zone’ thing lasts
