I love spring weather! I've just been for a lunchtime walk on the moor and the ground is lovely - dry in most places and nicely springy underfoot. It's pretty windy at the moment, but I'm excited for my next run
Your comment makes me wonder whether there's a '7 stages of C25k' in the same way there is a '7 stages of grief', certainly many of us seem to go through the same thought process during C25k!
You inspired me not to wait till tomorrow to run but to do it tonight after work! (I didn't run yesterday so I was still rested enough). I'd already walked about 4 miles today at lunchtime and was going to have a lazy evening... but then again, why not get my run done and enjoy some of this nice weather? I wish I had taken gloves though, it was very windy and my hands were hiding in my jacket sleeves for the first 10 mins π€€π
Just got this Ian!, I have been having seriously trying app issues π. Apart from the lovely photos and thoughts of spring, what struck a chord with me is this.
You'll grow to love the taste of water π° Absolutely true. I have never been one to drink water, and now I get through gallons of the stuff!
βTwas a lovely day down here in the south too ππ±π·πΌ
As a 65 year old woman who had never seriously ran in her life, I can agree with these sentiments 100%. Started C25k last August after retirement...and recently ran/jogged for 10k...just do it!
