Are you managing those weekly runs? Yes the weather's not the best at the moment, but remember when you're wet, you can't get any wetter🤓.
Are you a new runner, who's taken that leap and joined us here on couch to five k, have you been here before and are returning and lacing up those trainers again? You're all welcome 🙂
Are you still finding you're able to get out and exercise given the covid situation that's still proving so problematic for a lot of us.
Those treadmills are probably seeing many miles if you own one!
