30 mins completed!!!!!!!!!

Can't believe I have actually done this. Only 2 more to go until C25K is complete. My route was perfect for 30mins too. I must be honest though, I do find the runs from 28mins a little bit of a slog and I am a bit envious of a youngish girl I always see in the park as she looks as if running is absolutely nothing to her. Her face is not in the least red unlike my bright beetroot colour and it doesn't matter where on her run I meet her she still looks like it's effortless. So I just remind myself that I could probably give her 40 years of age difference lol.

Keep up the good work everyone it's TOTALLY worth it.

Well done! I know how you feel. Often I imagine them running past going 'On your left' like where Captain America is lapping Falcon in the MCU... Just slow old me competing with myself here.. 😂

Well done to you on running for 30 minutes, those young gazelles like that youngish girl you see running in the park is probably a member of the local athletic club and can run a sub 25 minute 5K.

Don't worry, you'll soon get to loving running, what they call the running bug.

Hopefully, I completed the C25K before but didn't enjoy running., but now I'm retired I can run when I choose which makes it easier to motivate myself. Onwards and upwards
