30 MINS!!! WHOSE THE DADDDY!

So first run of week 9 done, who would have thought i could do that!!

The start was the hardest this time which hasnt happened before, once i got to 15mins my mind drifted off though which was a godsend, because before i new it Laura was telling me i had run for 25mins, didnt quite believe her and drifted off thinking again and the next minute she was telling me to stop! hope my mind drifts off more often:) the only disapointing thing was my endomondo app didnt work properly :( i new something was wrong when it told me i had run 2k, one minute after it had told me i had ran 1k, then it said nothing till just before i stopped, which was about 20 odd minutes later? as a result my results were similar to week 5's. Anyone any ideas for something else to use, something simple please?

A big fat well done!!! it's such a great feeling isn't it? I love it when my mind drifts off, I just wish I could do it at will rather that it happening purely by chance...;-)

Have you tried map my run? the free app I have gives you voice prompts over the podcast/music and you can choose whether to have prompts by the kilometer or by time.

Well done!! I sometimes use goodrunguide to map my run and measure the route I took (if I remember the route!) as like you often drift away and forget which streets I took!!

Isn't it fantastic when you get to 30 minutes?! I'm using Endomondo and haven't had any problems yet whereas my daughter hasn't been able to get it to work on her phone at all - it either stops part way or doesn't measure the distance properly.
