So first run of week 9 done, who would have thought i could do that!!
The start was the hardest this time which hasnt happened before, once i got to 15mins my mind drifted off though which was a godsend, because before i new it Laura was telling me i had run for 25mins, didnt quite believe her and drifted off thinking again and the next minute she was telling me to stop! hope my mind drifts off more often the only disapointing thing was my endomondo app didnt work properly i new something was wrong when it told me i had run 2k, one minute after it had told me i had ran 1k, then it said nothing till just before i stopped, which was about 20 odd minutes later? as a result my results were similar to week 5's. Anyone any ideas for something else to use, something simple please?
