After finding W6 r 1& 2 hardwork last week I was a little concerned how W7R1 would be.

Pleased to say, it was just like W6R3. It might even have been a tad easier. It was still hard work, but it wasn't a struggle (nor fast).

Well done!!! Did the same run today and yeah felt pretty awesome, even had the energy for a sprint last 60 sec and improved my pace on strava too 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
