Well that wasn’t to bad legs aren’t hurting as much as I thought, unusually for me I’m listening to the advise of the plan 😂 taking it slowly and having a rest day. I’ve avoided the temptation to run a bit further or run consecutive days. Really looking forward to week 2. Wow didn’t think I would be saying that 😂

And yes, well worth sticking to the advice about not pushing on further and of course taking rest (non running) days 😁👍

Well done 👍, as you've stated we never advise extra running, follow the plan! It works, and yes never consecutive days not until well at least after a year maybe 👍
