Just having a lovely cup of coffee to celebrate completing W6 (after a big glass of water obviously) .
All went reasonably well obviously tired towards the end but did speed up a little for the last minute as suggested by Laura so was pleased with that.
I have a route perfect for my next three runs around 4km then I will need to add in another little stretch to it for week 8 or find another route that avoids hills!
Soooo looking forward to getting more suitable trainers when the shops open as mine are clearly only just adequate .
