Well my face is the same colour as my bright pink tshirt this morning after my final run of week 6. Struggled to get my breathing right at first due to the icy cold wind in my face! First time I have felt like giving up, but I didn't. I just ran for 25 minutes non stop for the first time in my life! Woohoo!! Onwards and upwards to week 7. ππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ#fatgirlfit

i know what you mean get that breathing right. and its so easy then after that

Well done. Running into a significant headwind does indeed demand more effort. I run along the east coast so we do get a lot of windy days and Iβve been known to take a bus to the far end of my route so I can run in the opposite direction with the wind at my back.
Well done! Roll on wk7! And thatβs pretty much how I felt, did this run early this morning, really felt like giving up but somehow managed the 25 mins

Excellent perseverance! It feels so much better to push on and succeed when it's hard work. ππππ
