So, I've been thinking about this run all week. The first 25 minutes just flew by and felt really good so I ignored Laura and kept on going. I ran past my start/finish point at 28:40 and, well, kept going some more. A little further along the path the clock ticked over 30 minutes!
This is the same place where I struggled to run for 60 seconds in w1. Today, only 6 weeks later, I ran for 30 minutes!

Definitely feeling more like a "proper" runner now.
I felt like I could have gone on for ages but I know I have to take it easy. I think sticking to the program and not getting carried away is going to be the biggest challenge over the last three weeks....
