W6R3 complete!!! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Run 2 in W6 was a struggle and knocked my confidence so I felt anxious about this one but I was determined to do it.

Half way though my legs started to feel heavy and tired but I kept goingโ€ฆit was definitely a mental challenge so I repeated in my head โ€œYOU CAN DO THISโ€ and surprisingly the time went by quicker than expected and then I only had 5 mins running left! Iโ€™m soo proud of myself for completing the 25 mins run. For some reason the non stop running was better than the interval runs and I actually found it more enjoyable! For the first time (ever), I feel like a runner YAY! ๐Ÿคฉ ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Thanks both! I did it but my god was it hard or what! I got a stitch 2 mins in and wanted to stop but didnโ€™t yay!

A stitch sounds uncomfortable. I have avoided those but have broken down coughing at the end of a few runs and thought I was going to be ill but luckily I wasn't. Since I got Ill I find it very easy to overdo it. In my head I can do more but my body says no like a stubborn horse. I can't blame it as I feed it energy sapping tablets every day then say I want your help to run for 30 minutes ๐Ÿ˜

I found the non stop running better. You have the stamina now to finish the course. Thereโ€™s no rush, so take your time on your runs. The whole program is to run for 30 minutes, so keeeep ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š Yes this programme is amazing at building stamina! Thanks for the advice I will take each run slowly, think Iโ€™ve found a good steady pace now ๐Ÿ‘

At the time I definitely enjoyed the breaks but after surgery I was unsure about non stop running. My physio said try to build up to 10 mins. Oops ๐Ÿ˜€.

Well done ๐Ÿผ Panda_eyes! Itโ€™s definitely a mental battle quite a lot of the time. And you got through it with flying colours ๐Ÿ˜Š. Have fun with week 7 - youโ€™re getting so close now ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘.

Congrats this is definitely a milestone. I lost focus around this time week 6, but it was reading comments which gave me the impetus and once I could do week 6 I knew I could do week 7 and then it's week 8. Good luck you are closer than you think.

Yes I completely agree and I have definitely needed them to help get me out of bed. No surprise where I am currently ๐Ÿ˜€ so no running today.
