Thank you βΊοΈIβm soo chuffed with myself. Good luck on your run tomorrow! Take it slow and relax. Believe in yourself - you know you can do this! π€πππ»ββοΈ
Thanks Panda eyes! I will definitely take your advice and Iβll let you know how I do. Excited and nervous but as I say your post has motivated me for sure π₯³
A stitch sounds uncomfortable. I have avoided those but have broken down coughing at the end of a few runs and thought I was going to be ill but luckily I wasn't. Since I got Ill I find it very easy to overdo it. In my head I can do more but my body says no like a stubborn horse. I can't blame it as I feed it energy sapping tablets every day then say I want your help to run for 30 minutes π
I found the non stop running better. You have the stamina now to finish the course. Thereβs no rush, so take your time on your runs. The whole program is to run for 30 minutes, so keeeep πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
Thank you π Yes this programme is amazing at building stamina! Thanks for the advice I will take each run slowly, think Iβve found a good steady pace now π
At the time I definitely enjoyed the breaks but after surgery I was unsure about non stop running. My physio said try to build up to 10 mins. Oops π.
Well done πΌ Panda_eyes! Itβs definitely a mental battle quite a lot of the time. And you got through it with flying colours π. Have fun with week 7 - youβre getting so close now πππ.
Congrats this is definitely a milestone. I lost focus around this time week 6, but it was reading comments which gave me the impetus and once I could do week 6 I knew I could do week 7 and then it's week 8. Good luck you are closer than you think.
Brilliant - well done! This has really helped me - im about to set out for W6R3 and feel same as you did after W6R2. Was really anxious but now feel like I can do it too! π
