Completed run 3, week 9 - Yay! 😊

I had planned to do my final run this weekend, but it was perfect last night so went out and did it. As it was dark I thought I was safe doing a little victory dance, not noticing the poor couple walking who must have been a tad concerned, either for their safety or my sanity.

Love this programme. Can't recommend it enough. I was fairly fit before I started but definitely not a runner and have a tendency to injure myself, but I followed it to the letter and am so grateful for all the fantastic advice, particularly from Iannoda truffe. I have learnt so much.

Looking forward to the next stage and relaxing and enjoying running 😊
