Completed the first run of week 3! Huzzah! And it was definitely easier than I thought it might be, especially as I actually remembered to go slow this week... No racing off this time. This run was also a day later than I'd planned (lack of sleep and stress persuaded me that a lie in yesterday, followed by a full day of revision would be more productive), and I don't know why I keep putting it off - even when stressed about exams, I always end a run beaming because of the high of finishing it, and for the 30 minutes or so of the run I always end up forgetting what I'm stressing about anyway... Regardless, I'm definitely looking forward to Thursday's run ^-^

Congratulations Adler, hope the side isn't giving you too much trouble. I ran W3R2 this morning and am definitely finding easier longer runs and less of them. Keep up the good work
Well done! Great to hear it was easier than you imagined.
