The only run I’m doing today is ‘run down’, in bed with a temp, all bunged up and feeling spent. I’m sure it was sudden turn in weather Monday (W7R1) which has caught me out. Going to see how I go next 48hrs to pick up again or worse case restart W7 next week if I haven’t lost too much fitness by then. Good luck everyone with your runs.🤒
