Week 4 done!!!! Ollie and I were joined by son number 2 again for our walk this morning. That turned into week 4 run 3! He is almost 6ft and has legs that go on for ever - and he is super fit!!! He decided to set the pace 😱😱😱 and nearly dropped me hahahaha. Thankfully he is a gentle soul and spent the run being very encouraging and supportive. So a very red faced me, smelly doggie (filthy roads) and lanky legged boy kicked the proverbial of week 4!!!! Coffee and yogurt for breakfast and recovery!!!
