Rain playing a damper but W6R1 done

Wrapped up in stuff and letting the day slip aways with the miserable rain out. Eventually just went out in it. The first 5 minute run was probably a little fast, so I pulled back in the 8 minutes. For the last 5 minute run, I could see my first run kick off point, so I just did the mental journey of already being there and got it. Not my most enjoyable run, but still done and dusted.

Some of it was that after the 20 minute run on Friday, I was thinking in terms of 18 minutes of running, forgetting that the 6 minutes of brisk walking is almost jogging pace... I'll pace better on Wed, and looking forward to Friday already!

Well done, it's surprising how many people are caught out by that run (and run 2) just one more interval run to go !

Yep, looks like it's a breeze, but they're all progressions, so it's supposed to be harder!
