Enjoyed the longer runs today, I can feel me getting the flow back when running for longer. Had some in tank let over which is a good sign for the next 2 runs.
Loving the app over the podcast, but missing the cheesy music a little. I still have Laura in my ear giving me advice and confidence.

I like the cheesy music too much to ever give it up! And I’ve done this plan so many times that each week I get a moment of ‘ooh it’s this one now’ at some point when a particularly favourite song comes around! 😅
