Decided to restart C2-5K having recovered from COVID.. struggled with W1 run1 but successfully completed runs 2&3. Week2 run was painful this morning, no where near my previous pace but you have to start somewhere

Hello, I too have recovered from Covid, but had started the programme in May and the virus massively got in the way of completing But, I have enjoyed starting again and am just starting Run 3 of Week 5 - the dreaded 20 mins! Keep going!

Forget about trying to match your previous pace for now, you are trying to recover, so take it easy and build up stamina and strength nice and slowly.......always the best way.
