I was just about to write the same post. I graduated early this year but haven’t run for a few months. Good luck.

I've graduated twice before and here I am doing it a third time. Life happens but "starting again" is a super power! You must be so incredibly proud of yourself. If not, you should be! Tie up those tenners and remember what it was that was so intoxicating about running.

You'll be fine! Take a look at the newbie advice that Old Floss mentioned and keep posting here. Be kind to yourself - every time you go out you are a winner! Good luck! 🍀👏

Don’t feel like poop. You’ve made the decision to start again, that’s what matters. Good luck.

Hi I graduated over a year ago and pressures of work ( and crap willpower) have kept me out of training for ages. Started again today at w3, which I’ve done twice already this year and abandoned . Looked back to photos of me last year and looked so much fitter, I’m 54 - need to keep this up. Let’s do this ! 😊
