Another 5K

We ran 5.2K in 39mins this morning our best time yet.

At the weekend we run around our local cemetery and as it is such a lovely sunny day I had to take a photo of the beautiful crocus flowers in full bloom to share with you all.

Love circuses. And daffs. Despite the cold snap the spring flowers seem about a fortnight early this year. Glad to see you have both discovered the joy if the 5k run.

I am both impressed and envious.I bet people are dying to run where you are. The dead centre of the town and apparently, staffed by a Skelton staff! Sorry...
