About to begin week 9 R1 of C25K this week. Found the last 5mins of week 8 runs a real struggle with heavy tired legs so am worried I won’t have enough energy to go the final 2 minutes distance. Is it just mind over matter, do you think?

You need to slow down more and make sure you’re drinking plenty of water the day before running 👍🏽

Thank you so much- I’m going to try today to go at a slower pace and drink water steadily throughout the day ☺️

Slow it down... relax and let those new running legs just do their stuff. Warm up well, find a route you know and enjoy and as Tasha99 says make sure you are well hydrated... all the time not just run days:)You can do this.... the badge is being polished as we speak :)

Thank you! I usually just do the 5 minute walking warm up but I’ll try doing more stretches before I head out as well. 👍
