I’ve not posted before but have just finished week 8 of the programme and must say I’m so proud of myself! I would never have believed a few months ago I’d be able to run (stumble) for 2 minutes let alone 28 minutes but I have! I’ve lost a stone and can honestly say I’ve never felt fitter! Anyone just starting or thinking of starting or even at week 5:6 where things start to get serious just believe in the programme! It works!

Hello!
I have just finished W8R3 too, and feel just as you do. I’ve had a couple of injuries en route and had to re-do a couple of weeks but I’m feeling strong now. I have to confess that I actually ran for 30 minutes on my last two runs (I couldn’t resist) and I’m so proud I could burst! You sound as happy as I do about getting this far - and rightly so! Congratulations - only three more runs and we’re there!
