I'm just entering my 2nd week of C25K and my knees feel like they're about to burst open. I have pain in the middle of the knee just under the kneecap and from what I gather that's "Runners Knee".
The inner part hurts the most though and I've been (as everyone does!) Self diagnosing this as some sort of MCL tear.
My next run is scheduled for tomorrow but I've now scared myself into thinking I'm going to be sidelined for 4-6 weeks.
My question is this;
Should I go out tomorrow or am I resigned to taking a month off only 2 weeks in and strengthening all associated leg muscles?
I am a stubborn little so and so so I'm more than happy to run through the pain however I don't want to make things worse.
Thanks in advance!

Definitely don't look at running with an injury, what could heal quickly will definitely only worsen due to over use 👍
Thanks, despite not being what I wanted to hear, I know you're right.
I've searched up a few previous threads re: Knee Pain and some people said it is common in weeks 2 and 3 and that it will disappear all by itself soon enough. This particular pain doesn't feel like it might just "go away" so thought it best to get some more experienced opinions.
Rest up and follow the PRICE principles linked to in the guide to the plan.
When you are pain free and restart, follow the advice in the guide on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
