I graduated yesterday for the 2nd time. Having completed the programme March 2019 unfortunately I didn't keep my regular runs up, I got distracted by going the gym and spinning classes. With being back in Lockdown earlier this year, I started again but on week 4 as I was running for 20 mins on the treadmill but with only 2 mins walking, 2 running. I am so pleased to be running for 30 mins again, my husband joined me this time around and he has also graduated this week. C25k saved my sanity ☺
