I’ve just completed Week 5 Run 3 and am absolutely thrilled !! I was apprehensive but tried to stay positive and look forward to the challenge rather than be scared of failing !! And read through some posts of people of this forum who had completed this week !
So a BIG thank you to all those who post - it’s really helped a lot reading other people’s experience and really motivating !
I’m looking forward to Week 6 ( I’ve also read to be careful ! As it has a habit of tripping people up so noted )

Thanks IanodaTruffe - I’ve been reading and re-reading the guide religiously - thank you SO much for your motivational messages - they’re inspiring and helped me do this !! I have a real mental block with running (for personal reasons that I won’t go into here !!) So I honestly couldn’t have got to week 6 with you and everyone on here - THANK YOU
