Week 5 Run 3

As I had been doing some activity I thought I would be able to pull on a pair of trainers and just go, but wow was I wrong. Since my initial attempt at running on my own and failing miserably I’ve started the C25K and am finding it really structured which is helping me to get fitter. I’ve just completed week 5 run 3 and can honestly say I never thought I’d have been able to do it. Reading the posts of the others on here has been very inspirational and has given me the confidence and motivation I needed to spur me on.

I think I’m actually looking forward to week 6 now :)

Well done, it is a watershed run.

Beware of W6R1, it catches quite a lot of people out.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Yay! Great feeling, isn’t it. I found week 6 quite tough, as you go back to stopping and starting again, but week 7 onwards are brilliant.
