I’ve just completed the second run of week 5 tonight which means I have run 3 due on Sunday. It’s a full 20 minute run so I’m slightly worried.
I don’t want to have to walk during the 20 minutes as I’ve not yet given up on any session so far. I’ve been adamant that I’ve not walked before I should and I am so pleased with myself so far. However the prospect of the full 20 minutes is scary.
Anyone have any advice or tips?
