Can’t say I was looking forward to this! But at 6am this morning off I went, loving my 5 minute warm up walk and secretly wishing I was on my 5 minute warming down walk😂 ..... well I did it! So chuffed! Not going to lie, I found it challenging but I really didn’t want to let myself down, now feeling slightly more confident for remaining few weeks.

Congratulations, it is a big psychological barrier to cross.

Stay nice and slow for W6R1...........it catches many out.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾Not long now until you graduate, once runners have completed Run 3 of week 5 they know that they will graduate in around 4 weeks time

well done - thats a tough one to complete. I am 2 runs behind you your post is very inspirational
