Just did the 20 min run of week 5 couple of days ago and thought this would be easy , the last 5 minutes were tough and then got a blister on my right foot so hobbled home during the 5 min warm down. Think thats me resting for a few days. Anyone know how long you have to leave it before you run again when you have blisters?

This run often catches people out as they think it’ll be easier after week 5 run 3. You just need to cover the blister properly. I don’t generally get them but I heard leukotape is good for running.

I have no advice at all for the blisters, but I just wanted to say that I did the same on w6r1 🙈🙈I thought I was invincible because I was so proud of my w5r3, but I wasn’t 🙈
It’s surprising me that it is as much a mental battle, as it is a physical one.
I am now in w7 and I am loving it again.
