Hi everyone, 1st post in a while. Just wanted to check in.

After graduating last year and then injuring myself, I'm pleased to say that I'm FINALLY back to running for 30 mins. 🥳

Will hopefully hit 5k by end of the month 🤞

I've also joined strava as that seems to be the app that most people use?

Hi Ian! Not gonna lie, it's been tough and I've had a few setbacks but I'm chuffed to be back at it. 😁

Yes, I understand, it's tough after time offIn fact , I ran on Monday and yesterday and that was after 24 days , so hopefully now I will continue again
